Dr. Ruth Walioli
Director - Academic Quality
Dr. Ruth Walioli brings academic depth and education leadership to Telos. She has served as Programme Lead at Tangaza University’s Institute of Youth Studies, contributing to the development of programmes focused on youth, learning, and purposeful formation. Her experience spans higher education, curriculum development, child and youth development, research, and learner-centred teaching.
At Telos, Dr. Ruth leads the academic foundation of our work, ensuring that every learning experience is developmentally appropriate, intellectually meaningful, and grounded in evidence-based education practice.
GRACE ZAWADI
Director - Commercial and Operations
Grace is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with executive-level experience leading education technology initiatives across East and Central Africa. Passionate about education and early talent development, she has seen firsthand the impact that the right training and opportunities can have on young professionals. Her belief in learning how to learn has enabled her to thrive across diverse spaces through adaptability, continuous growth, and a commitment to unlocking the potential of emerging talent.
